Edwin (Buddy) Kelley, Jr. is the founder of Buddy Kelley Properties, Inc. He has been engaged in the real estate business since 1972, and has witnessed first-hand the tremendous growth of Henry County, Georgia. A lifelong resident of Henry County, Buddy grew up in the McDonough community of Kelleytown, named for his family ancestors. He has served and advised many local business and banking boards.
Buddy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, and the Metro South Association of Realtors. He was also a State of Georgia licensed real estate appraiser for many decades. In addition to various attorneys, estates, and individuals, his clients include the Southern Company (Georgia Power), Oglethorpe Power Company, and the Henry County Water Authority.
He and his wife, Barbara, live on Lake Oconee in Greensboro, Georgia.
